Traditional nougat, reimagined: clearer, higher quality, and more enjoyable for a new generation of Viba.

Viba stands for nougat expertise like no other brand. With the relaunch of the filled nougat chocolates and accompanying sticks, the aim was to translate this strength into a contemporary packaging language: high-quality, modern, and delicious—with greater relevance for a younger target group. The previous look was too conservative; what was needed was a design that conveyed quality, craftsmanship, and emotional enjoyment at first glance.

The challenge: the products themselves offer little visual differentiation. Neither the bars nor the sticks have a distinctive shape, and even the fillings differ only slightly at first glance. This made it all the more important to create a look that highlights the special quality of the product: the finest Viba nougat, coated in premium milk chocolate, in four varieties, each with its own character. At the same time, the range needed to be more clearly navigable on the shelf and more strongly differentiated by variety.

The new design creates exactly this stage. The generous “Nougat” lettering puts the brand’s core competence at the center, warm, elegant colors lend the range value, and clear variety coding ensures quick orientation. The appetizing presentation of the broken chocolate with its visible creamy filling makes the delicate melt an emotional experience and gives each variety its own visual identity – from Classic to Crunchy and Caramel to Spiced. The result is a consistent packaging system for bars and sticks that translates tradition into a modern form and makes the brand much more visible at the POS.
